3 Day Money-Back Return*
Any items purchased from The Mogok Club is / are exchangeable and returnable within 3 days upon receiving in case it remains in perfect condition, unused and unworn, and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted.

To avoid any inconveniences with customs and extra charges please send us an email before shipping back the item. Do not ship back anything without our written confirmation. Handling charges may vary based on the area of delivery. Restocking fee, inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us may be also applied to you by The Mogok Club. 
In case the original purchase certificate is not being returned, the customer is liable for an additional USD 500 (deducted from the amount being refunded).
