The Mogok Club is not responsible for any differences in grading, interpretation, or subsequent findings relating to that report. Any questions or disputes regarding the report should be addressed directly to the issuing laboratory.
• Our assessment is provided in good faith based on our expertise. The primary guarantee offered by The Mogok Club is the authenticity of the gemstone, specifically whether it is natural, heated, synthetic or  lab-grown, unless otherwise stated.
• By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms.

Any purchase of The Mogok Club stones & jewelry accompanied by Gem Reports, acts as the sole confidant henceforth, we are not liable for any anomalies in the reports. The point of sale, concludes the expertise evaluation offered by The Mogok Club against that offered by the Gem Report issuer in any case to be dealt directly with the Labs. The only assurance provided by The Mogok Club is whether the stone is natural or synthetic
